Education

E&O supports a range of programs that we believe form a foundation to break the cycle of poverty. However, we realize that these initiatives will not necessarily reach all children and families in need; particularly the marginalized members of society.

Street children, orphans, abused women and other vulnerable individuals often lack the opportunities available to others. Therefore E&O is focusing on a variety of critical programs targeted at these marginalized groups in order to:

  • proactively identify and intervene in high risk situations,
  • provide rehabilitation services,
  • educate and develop life skills,
  • reintegrate them back to society,
  • increase awareness on the issues.

An important part of this work is carried out by an organization E&O supports: Anjali House, providing arts and sports programs for marginalized children.
